Whether you choose our cosy restaurant with its open fireplace, or take a seat in the shade on our protected terrace – paying a visit to Goldatzel has long gone beyond being an insider tip in the Rheingau region. Keeping the tradition of the Straußwirtschaften (seasonal wine taverns) alive, we serve simple regional food to go with our wines here, supplemented by a seasonal menu. And all this is rounded off by one of the finest views of the Rhine valley.

Please understand that we are unable to take reservations. But our many regular customers will gladly make room for you – and in the end, everybody usually finds a place here.
